We're looking for Υπεύθυνο Πελατών to work in our office in the city of Chania, 65 Andreas Papandreou Street, Chania.
Το κυριότερο χαρακτηριστικό του ιδανικού υποψηφίου είναι η δίψα για συνεχή εκπαίδευση και για βελτίωση των ικανοτήτων του. Θα πρέπει να έχει πάθος για οτιδήποτε σχετίζεται με την διαχείριση πελατών (π.χ., προσφορές, συμβάσεις, αναβαθμίσεις) και στη διατήρηση καλών σχέσεων με τους πελάτες.
Main responsibilities
- Διαχείρηση πελατών
- Διαχείρηση ανανεώσεων/αναβαθμίσεων
- Συγγραφή κειμένων/προσφορών
- Communication with customers
Essential Qualifications:
- Καλή γνώση Αγγλικής και της Ελληνικής γλώσσας
- Focus on detail
- Creative thinking and teamwork
It will be assessed whether the candidate has:
- Εμπειρία χρήσης συστήματος ERP ή τιμολόγησης ή CRM
- Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Higher education degree
